Enrollment

In order to access the PSD2 APIs you will need an eIDAS QSealC certificate.

The following page gives information about eIDAS certificates and a list of QTSPs which provide PSD2 compliant Qualified certificates: https://eidas.ec.europa.eu/efda/tl-browser/

Sandbox

Before you can use the PSD2 APIs in the sandbox you need an QSealC test certificate available from one of the QTSP providers. There is no manual registration needed for accessing PSD2-APIs in the sandbox. When you access one of the APIs for the first time (see documentation), we will verify the certificate and enroll you as a valid TPP in the sandbox environment.

Production

Before you access the PSD2 APIs in production, you need to be a PSD2-approved TPP with at least one of the roles: AISP, PISP, CBPII. You also need a PSD2 compliant QSealC production certificate available from one of the QTSP providers. When you access one of the APIs for the first time (see documentation), we will verify the certificate and TPP roles and enroll you as a valid TPP in the production environment.
